ECZT-E2001 CPG detector
ECZT-E2001 CPG detector uses a room temperature semiconductor CZT detector with a coplanar grid structure and sigle power supply low noise dual different amplification circuit. It features an internal gate bias circuit and preamplifier signal output, making it an ideal choice for high resolution portable spectrometry applications in areas such as national security, health physics, gamma energy spectrum measurement teaching and research etc.

ECZT-D2003 Spectrometer
ECZT-D2003 high resolution CZT spectrometer is a high performance gamma spectromer device. It integrates a large sized CZT detector, ASIC chip, ADC and FPGA readout circuit. The device features advanced algorithms that can achieve three-dimensional depth correction, charge coupling correction and K-escape peak calibration, outputing energy and timing information. This makes it convenient for users to perform spectrum analysis, nuclide identification and source localization applications.

ECZT-D2005 compton imaging module
ECZT-D2005 high performance CZT compton imaging module is independently designed and manufactured by our company. It integrates a large sized pixelated CZT detector, ASIC chip, ADC and FPGA readout circuit. The device features advanced algorithms and can achieve ray interaction DOI(Depth of Interaction), charge coupling correction and K-escape peak calibration. It outputs the position information(X,Y,Z DOI), energy information and timing information for each detected gamma ray, making it convenient for users to perform spectrum analysis, gamma ray imaging and source localization applications.
